Exam Week JAN 26-30
Thursday, January 15, 2026 : EXAM WEEK SCHEDULE
All Grade 9-12 will be having end of semester exams on the week of January 26-30 - See schedule attached!
Grade 9's will be writing within their regular time table and are expected to attend all their regular classes. Grade 10-12 only need to attend their exams as scheduled. They are welcome to remain in the building to study for other exams or attend tutorial classes. Teachers reserve the right to schedule a class and will make sure their students know if they need to attend that class during the exam week. Students can review their current grades by signing into their PowerSchool (they can do that from home and show you their GRADES to date!)
Parents and Guardians we ask that you help your student to be prepared and make sure they are at school for their exams. If your student is sick during a scheduled exam you need to call into the office to register the illness. Exam make-ups are arranged with the individual teacher.

** We do have a ski trip planned in this week - a welcome break from studying. HOWEVER, students need to be prepared to write their exams on THUR/FRI if they are taking those courses. If they feel that the trip would be an issue they can indicate that at our ski trip meeting on MONDAY and choose to come on a different trip. **
Over online events calendar contains events that happen across the Bigstone Cree Nation Education Authority campus in Wabasca. All three programs - please pay attention the event's PREFIX to determine which program that event pertains to. We know we have families that have children in all three programs (buildings) and this gives them a one stop look to see what is currently happening!
